Justice Minister Abelard Tahiri has announced that he has prosecuted the State Prosecutor's Bill in Government and the document concept for the suspension of public officials, to whom charges of corruption and misuse of official office are filed.
He has written in Facebook that with these two points, the ministry he heads fulfils all obligations to the European Reforms Agency (ERA).
“will further strengthen the integrity of our institutions in the non-competitive fight against organised crime and corruption. With the adoption of these acts, we will have a consolidated state policy that conveys the clear message that no one is above the law and that everyone, without exception, will be subject to it”, he wrote on Facebook.
