Special Court Witnesses may be in danger of life

There have been numerous speculations about who could be targeted by the Kosovo Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS), including whether Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, the former political leader of Kosovo KLA, it's on the list.
Prosecutor David Schwendiman again refused to give out any details. But, Schwendiman acknowledged that his office is prepared for the potential dangers facing potential witnesses.
We will do everything we can to give them [the v.j] comfort and protection to participate in session”, Schwendiman said.
Schwendiman has said that <x0) witnesses may be at risk from anything, from death to intimidation, either from bribery or other forms of influence and attempts to corrupt their evidence”
