Centre for Foreign Policy Director Aleksandra Joksimovic has said the European Union is aware that there may be no continuing dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia without the agreement reached for the Association of Serb Majorities, Klan Kosova reports.
In a statement to Serbian television, Joksimovic confirmed that EU officials are also very interested in forming association.
“The issue of the Serbian Communist Association is one of the essential elements of implementation of the Brussels Agreement”.
“But Pristina is avoiding forming this association, the same as the ratification of the demarcation with Montenegro” is saying.
