Speaking of the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue, the US diplomat said great progress has been made, but some obligations have yet to be fulfilled and that both sides must do much to achieve full normalisation of relations.
Some “certain obligations remain even further unmet. Lack of advanced Serb municipalities is exemplary. Both sides have yet to do more if they want to reach the goal of fully confirming the normalisation of relations”, Scott told Serbian media.
He said killing American citizens, the Bytyqi brothers in 1999 and burning the US Embassy in 2008 are things that need to be solved.
