He said the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina “is not making a mark on”, and that according to him, events in Kosovo threaten to endanger the entire region.
The Kosovo Republic project has clearly failed. It is not clear even when the Special Court for KLA Crimes will start functioning. These are very serious issues and a large number of actors are trying to push under carpet”, the Russian ambassador said.
According to him, the formation of the Kosovo Army is in direct opposition to Resolution 1244, under which the international force is the only armed force in Kosovo.
Russian diplomat accused Pristina of “sabotaging” of implementing the agreement to form association of Serb majority municipalities.
