Bratislav Zivkovic, 42-year-old, is a Serbian paramilitary and was in Crime during 2014-15 to support Russia there. He had told reporters at the time that it was natural that he wanted to help the Russians fight Ukraine.
An official of Romania's secret service has said he had been identified by Zivkovic “after seeing that he had expressed interest in obtaining documents related to infrastructure and the military targets and military allies stationed in southeast Romania in order to influence our strategy and partners”.
Ovidiu Marincea has told Reuters that Zivkovic was caught photographing military radars on the Black Sea coast and trying to broadcast their coordinates, Koha.net broadcasts.
