He died in the hospital after being released from court.
Pralak was originally sentenced for war crimes in Mostar in 2013.
The Hague tribunal has confirmed on Wednesday the sentence for Pralak and five other Bosnian Croats.
Last week, The Hague tribunal has sentenced Ratko Mladic to life imprisonment, former commander of Bosnian Serb forces.
This court will close the doors at the end of this year.
