Police accepted arrest warrants from the court for the three LVV deputies, while saying they would be implemented.
Police spokeswoman for the Pristina Region Florie Ahmeti- Haziray confirmed to KALLXO.com that police received court warrants for the three deputies of Vetevendosje-Alpin Kurtin, Albula Haxhiun and Donika Kadaj-Bujupin.
The warrants were issued yesterday by the chairman of the court in the process for the tear pipeline at the Bekir Kaluldra Assembly, after the three accused MPs failed to appear in court.
“We have accepted, warrants and conforms of those addressed to us we will take steps”, Ahmeti- Haziray told KALLXO.com.
Even though Judge Kaluldra announced yesterday at the hearing for arrest warrants against MPs, the three deputies of Vetevendosje were seen today at the Kosovo Assembly session.
Kalludra indicated today that the warrants mentioned yesterday have issued them around noon today, showing that police did not have them to arrest MPs before entering the Assembly.
Police have not had a warrant, since the ordinance has not yet been prepared on my part because of commitments. I signed the warrant this morning and the same one came out of my office before 12:18x1>, Kaluldra said.
He yesterday ordered the arrest of Albin Kurti, Donika Cadaj-Bujupi and Albulen Hadziu and sending them to the centre of the ban.
Even at other tear-throwing hearings in the Assembly, Kurt and Caday-Bujupi were absent.
