Praljak, former commander of the Bosnian Croat forces during the 1992-95 war, has taken his drink and shouted “I am not a criminal”, just after The Hague tribunal confirmed its sentence to 20 years in prison.
Judge Slobodan Pralyak is not a war criminal. I refuse your decision”, Pralyak said.
What I've been drinking is poison”, he said.
Pralyak was originally sentenced for war crimes in Mostar in 2013.
The Hague tribunal has confirmed on Wednesday the sentence for Praljak and five other Bosnian Croats.
Last week, The Hague tribunal has sentenced Ratko Mladic to life imprisonment, former commander of Bosnian Serb forces.
