Zelko Razhnatovic, known as Arkan, had humiliated Serbian soldiers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for this move General Ratko Mladic had demanded that he be expelled from this country, Branislav Puhallo, Serbian media reported.
The former commander of the Tigers paramilitary unit, while taking part in the Bosnian war, had slapped and shaved the heads of Serb soldiers under the command of Ratko Mladic, telegraphy broadcast.
Branislav Puhalo, former Serbian General Ratko Mladic's bodyguard, confirmed that claim.
“Mladic could not reconcile with his manner of conduct. Arkan beat Mladic's men with his slaps and shaved their heads. After this action Ratko had asked authorities to expel him from Bosnia”, Puhalo added.
