U.S. begins military exercises near the border of North Korea, Kim threatens war

In the greatest naval exercise in a decade, USS Nimitz, USS Ronald Reagan and the USS Theodore Roosevelt will soon join forces in the Pacific, Serbia's “reported on Monday “Reuters”.
The report added that a Japanese destroyer, Inazuma, would join American maneuvers. In 2007 the striking groups of USS Nimitz, USS John C. Stannis and USS Kitty Hawk joined forces in combined exercises near Guam.

On Wednesday, the Pentagon officially announced that the three combat groups will join military forces from Saturday to Tuesday, reports “RT” Transmission Periscope.
The multiple operations of the military forces are very complex, and this exercise in the Western Pacific is a strong test for the unique capacity of the US Navy in the Pacific and the iron commitment to the region's continued security and stability”, said US Navy Commander Admiral Scott Schift.

The four-day exercises will focus on conducting air defence exercises, sea supervision and sea complements. Training will also include testing combatary air defence training and close co-ordinated maneuvers.

Pyongyang has repeatedly warned that it would use its nuclear arsenal if it provoked the US and its allies.
Fears of a comprehensive war between the US and North Korea have been further reinforced by continuing exchanges of threats between Trump and Kim Jong. /Periscopi/
