Milaim Zeka's Question of Speeding Bulqi over border with Montenegro

The MP and member of the Commission for Integration, Milaim Zeka, has asked State Commission for Marketing chairman if he thinks the country's Constitution has been violated.

“You said the past Commission has committed several violations, as is the marking of a new border line with Montenegro”, Zeka has said.
