Milaim Zeka received three residences, that's what his lawyer says.

Three residences worth over 150 thousand euros have been seized by the state, MP Milaim Zeka. His lawyer, Gazmend Halilaj, says the state never asked Zeka about the origin of this wealth.

We've never been informed of them, and we've never been asked about them, we've only been informed by the media and we haven't been given the possibility of saying from their source, that they're all through bank transactions, and everything is precisely that where our en came from”, Halilaj told the Inseder.

Halilaj has sided with his client, saying the asset gained by Zeka has nothing to do with prosecution investigations into the fraud of Kosovo visa-free.

These have nothing to do with the prosecution's claims that they were won by the criminal act being investigated. My client says all this money is legally earned by bank accounts and everything is perfect”, Halilaj said.

Zeka's lawyer has warned that very soon he will complain about the decision to sequencing.

But the thing is that we've only been informed by the media and it's not given us the chance to declare this case that has directly touched my client's interests. We have to address the courts very soon for a complaint about this decision. We have not been officially informed with any documents just from you”, Halilaj concluded.
