The verse of such findings took place on Saturday at a military base about three miles [3 km] from Hawaii to northern Iraq.
The base was used by American troops before 2011.
The jihadists had turned the city into an executive land following the capture of territory in 2014, said Kirkuk Governor Racan Saeed, broadcasts Klan Kosova.
