He has called several members of AAKA structures in Istog criminals, saying they have attempted to steal the sovereign vote of this municipality.
There was a criminal network in Istog that manipulated votes by mail, Rugova said at the Tribuna Channel.
In fact, for Rugova, it is unfair to the Election Panel's decision on Ances and Parastres for revote in this municipality, because, according to him, in Istog it was only necessary to contest votes by mail.
