During a meeting with the residents of the Trimean Quarter in Prizren, Kurti spoke of a meeting he had with Totay a few years ago.
“Shacir Totaj has declared that I offered him to come to LVV. Yeah, it's true. A couple of years ago, I met Shakir Totain and said: “I heard you're a very critical man. The PDK, it is highly critical of power in Prizren and I think it's best to get close to LVV. The meeting has been warm and he seemed very willing and interested in approaching and coming to LVV to oppose the same regime that in Kosovo has captured the state and in Prizren captured the municipality. However, after this conversation, where I heard criticism and accusations against the PDK, as well as an LVV activist, so I met with him. He told me I can't come to the VV because he's scared and blackmailed by PDK”, Kurti has declared.

He told me that on one occasion he had wrongly distributed a photograph with inappropriate restraint and now SHIK's PDK has captured his head, afraid to publish it.
