The BiH Presidency representative Bakir Izetbegovic's statements that Bosnia and Herzegovina should consider to recognise the Republic of Kosovo has prompted numerous reactions from different personalities.
However, Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has been shown harsher. He has declared that Bosnia and Herzegovina is an impossible state and that the same is surviving because of the international community's major intervention, it broadcasts Indexline.
He stressed that intervention was lost in power and was not the same as five or ten years ago. Serbs accepted Dayton and established solutions, but never wanted to be in that state, Dodek said.
Otherwise, two days ago Izetbegovici was declared to the media that BiH will recognise unilaterally Kosovo's declared independence -- a job that has long had to be done.
As far as I am concerned, Kosovo has had to be recognised so far. Now our colleagues will be angry, while our efforts to make this happen have only produced problems within BiH, already haven't helped Kosovo”, Izetbegovovic told DW.
Asked whether BiH will recognise Kosovo's independence, Izetbegovic has said briefly: Yes!
