In Kosovo much has changed, but not the thinking of the Serbian conqueror of state rule, which largely relies on the principle: if it doesn't produce well-being, then forges enemies of the people and of the state, so that you can have who you can arrest and whom you punish...”, he wrote.

“Today Kosovo also achieved a success in its journey towards strengthening as rule of law and legitimacy: arrested some dangerous VV deputies? If he were to fight burglary, corruption, partisanisation of state institutions... with this enthusiasm as he fights Vetevendosje, Kosovo would be a normal state, not a place for young people! Apparently, in Kosovo much has changed, but not the thinking of the Serbian conqueror of state rule, which is largely based on the principle: if it doesn't produce well, then forges up enemies of the people and of the state to have anyone imprisoned and anyone to punish!” (Kim Mehmeti)
