Hoti, former Pristina deputy chairman during the Kosovo capital's rule by Isa Mustafa, has said Ahmeti has spoken falsely in the debate in the face of his counterCandidate from the Democratic League of Kosovo, Arba Abrashi, for the loan the company “Trabik Urban” has received from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (BERZH) for the purchase of new buses.
“We have gone to several visits to London to get a loan for the purchase of 57 buses and such a thing has happened”, Ahmeti said in the debate, accusing the ministry leading Hoti of preventing bus purchase.
And on a Facebook note, Hoti said it was Ahmeti himself who delayed the bus loan.
“The Shpend still says no to the urban traffic loan. I took that loan before the Shpend didn't apply for legal requirements to get approval from the Municipal Framework”, wrote Hoti.
