Former LDK candidate for mayor of Prizren, Hatim Bajzak, has urged his voters to support the change in Prizren's city in Sunday's elections.
In his announcement, where he writes that the outcome of the October 22nd election was not the one who waited LDK) in this municipality, but despite that, it writes that dealt with Prizren for a change.
Although Bajzak does not mention the party's name, which he will support, since the race in Prizren is between PDK candidate Shaqir Totaj and VVA's candidate, Mytaher Haskuka, this suggests that Bajzak supports the latter.
That's because in his statement, he repeatedly refers to changes, meaning in Vetevendosje, which has not ruled before with Prizren, as opposed to the Totaj PDK, which has so far been in power.
Bayzak's full announcement:
Honored Prizren residents, members, activists and LDK sympathies
After the Certificate of the results of the October 22nd local elections, I feel obliged to address this proposal.
First, I want to thank you all for your support during the pre-election campaign and for the vote and trust granted to me and the LDK in this election. Although there's an insufficient outcome to continue the race I appreciate and respect your decision. So once again I thank you all from the heart.
Second, my goal and purpose in this election was to offer the citizens of Prizren the change in governance of the municipality by offering a governmental concept based on transparency and full co-operation with citizens, government with clean hands, no corruption and in full respect of the law to all citizens without any distinction. For this mission I have had the willingness, the will and dedication of the LDK, my associates and mine without any doubt.
Dear Prizren residents, I am convinced Prizren needs change. I am convinced that changing the governing concept cannot offer you leaders behind which are the formal, formal structures that have occupied the state and installed crime and corruption as the governing model. Starting with this, I continue to believe and work for change. All of you honored citizens who on October 22nd gave me your faith and LDK have your beliefs and may not agree with my position on the necessary change, but if you agree to vote for change. I respect and appreciate your free and independent opinion and decision on the day of the vote on November 19th.
Honestly.
Hatim Bajaku
