At a conference about the European agenda of reforms organised by the Balkan Policy Research Group, the executive head called on the EU to intensify bilateral relations with Kosovo in the new phase of developments.
We want to seek candidate status, but merit candidate status. We expect next year to apply, so we seek more intensive bilateral relations with the EU”, Haradinaj said during this conference.

But Haradinaj acknowledged that Kosovo institutions' decisions are facing difficulties in implementing them in practice.
