These assets, part of one of the luxury complexes under construction in the capital, worth over 150,000 euros in common, were allegedly bought with money of questionable backgrounds.
Under the initial decision they will remain frozen for 21 days.
Zeka lawyer Gazmend Halilaj, who says that for this act of justice institutions was reported by the media, expects the decision to be annulled within three days.
According to him, in the decision on the development of investigations, these Zeka assets were not part of the investigation, and that the prosecution acted without announcing his client.
Lawyer Halilaj denies any link to the money his client has bought three residences, with which Zeka is being held in domestic custody, and his business partner, Ilir Krasniqi, in custody, reports KTV.
According to him, dwellings were purchased earlier, and in 2016 only one contract was made.
On October 16th, Milaim Zeka, was arrested by police under suspicion of tax evasion and involvement in a visa fraud scheme of 920 Kosovars.
