Estonia becomes the world's first state where payments are made through the digital currency (Video/Photo)

Eastern European countries are proposing to create so-called ethcoins, which can be used by members of its electronic program.

The move will make Estonia the first place with an initial currency bid (ICO) stake mainly through financial deposits, reports British medium “Express.co.uk”, the Periscopi broadcast.

The programme is designed primarily for entrepreneurs ʹ helping to make it easier to start and run a company, regardless of location.

There are now about 22,000 electronic residents from 138 countries, as well as some plans to create a residence for data storage.

Kaspar Corjus, director of the e-Residdent programme, said: “just like e-Residency, cryptopasses have evolved from a warm idea to an increasingly normal part of modern life for people worldwide because they offer real solutions to real problems”.

Japan and Australia are among the countries that have introduced legislation to help make Bitcoin and other digital currencies safer by bringing them to the main course.

China has also developed a prototype of cryptovalouts.

Governments are trying to fight money laundering and the financing of illegal activities such as terrorism, using cryptovalut.

Korus said Estonia has an advantage in the race for the normalisation of cryptovaluta.

He added: “No other country has come close to the development of technology and legal framework that would enable them to safely introduce and manage the assets of global cryptovatives. ”
