Disturbing and disturbing, President Hashim Thaci calls Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's new commission for Demarketation.
He wrote that it is easy to manipulate public opinion with their own variations.
Thaci writes this message after statements by the chairman of the Commission for Demarkation, Speed Bulqi, appointed after the dismissal of Murat Mehej from this position, on the part of Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj.
In his message after Bulqi's statements that he has found new evidence that Kosovo has lost territory”, Thaci writes that the country's institutions should not remain hostage to individual fiction or certain groups.
Thaci's full post:
Ordinary noises, which for more than two years caused confusion, no longer than yesterday, returned to their trade. They still managed easily, not to argue any amateur claims discovered by them, to manipulate the media and through them public opinion.
Thus, these individuals feed their fictional sague, which is broken into public opinion, which, as always suffers most not only because they continue to hear the same noise, but also because the lack of state responsibility for ratification of the border demarcation agreement between Kosovo and Montenegro, continues to keep citizens and the state of Kosovo isolated.
While, if our state institutions continue to be held hostage to individual fiction or even a certain political group, then surely the consequences for our country can be even more serious.
Therefore, it is time for our state institutions to overcome this situation by responsible behavior. It cannot continue indefinitely for individuals assigned to the State to treat it as private property. Institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, chosen by Kosovo citizens, must make decisions on this issue in accordance with obligations and procedures, without being influenced by certain individuals.
We can't remain hostage to anyone's whims and false causes, which not only keep us isolated, but risk undermining state relations with Montenegro, but, above all, risk undermining Kosovo's co-operation and confidence with the US, NATO and the EU. HTH
