Pristina's Constitutional Court has set the date when the act of prejudice will be declared in the case of Vetevendosje activists charged with the explosive attack on the Kosovo Assembly building on August 4th 2016.
According to the Court, the verdict's announcement will take place on November 17th, at 1: 00 p.m. that will fall just two days before the second election day, November 19.
The court ruled after the parties today gave the final word in the case of the accused: Frasher Krasniqi, Att and Arifi, Adea Batusha and Egzon Haliti.
In the final address, Frasher Krasniqi's lawyer said the prosecutor has failed to convince that the attack against the Kosovo Assembly has been carried out by his client and other indictees.
While, the Special Prosecutor's Prosecutor asked the Court to declare the defendants guilty and condemn them under the law.
In this case, accused of attacking by explosive means against the Kosovo Parliament building are At and Arifi, Egzon Haliti, Adea Batusha and Frasher Krasniqi.
Vetevendosje's four activists are accused of the attack committed in August 2016.
The four indictees of this case had been declared innocent at the session, held on February 28th this year, while the indictment had called it political, while their requests for dropping the indictment and breaking the procedure were rejected by the Constitutional Court.
