Bamieh: 11 Unqualified Prosecutors in EULEX

Maria Bamieh, a former prosecutor who accused the European Union of Rule of Law in Kosovo, EULEX, for unjust completion of the labour contract, after it had raised concerns about corruption within EULEX itself, has defended its former colleague, the former head of judges in EULEX, who has been cheating for years, introducing the forged degree of doctorate.

Bamieh made such statements after Insander published research on how Malcolm Simmons had introduced to the CV when he was employed in EULEX, the false degree of “Fairfax University” that was closed in 2004 because it was the institution that sold diplomas.

There is no need to have a doctorate to be a judge in Kosovo or the United Kingdom. Maybe the university Simmons used was closed after he got his Ph.D. and then maybe that's why he took it off CV”, wrote Bamieh.

Simmons had introduced this degree to his CV in 2008 when he was appointed judge in EULEX and removed from CV in 2014 when he was appointed chairman of EULEX courts.

Bamieh has said there are other people in EULEX who are unqualified.

There are many unqualified people in EULEX. Claudio Pala, Alan Cansick and many others. The prosecutor should show if they were prosecutors in their sales. I have complained about unqualified prosecutors in EULEX since 2013. I also complained to you OALF (European Office Against v.j). Their explanation revealed that there were 11 unqualified persons in EULEX. I'm sure Malcolm wasn't one of them, he wrote Bamieh.

It has not shown who these EULEX prosecutors are that have emerged unqualified.
