Rexhep Selimi from the Vetevendosje Movement says there is no formation of the Army without the Serbian List's consent.
He even added that since this party is strongly influenced by Belgrade, it should not be expected to change its opinion on the issue.
Analyst Haki Abazi is assessing as a major mistake in previous institutions, which with agreements signed in Brussels have given a very big role to this party on key topics for the country's development.
The transformation of the Security Forces into the Armed Forces was promised years ago by many Governments.
