According to local media, he was sharply debating with his girlfriend in the vicinity of Drexel University in Lancester's 3500 block, when a person identified as Joseph Howanski intervened by shooting the young man with three bullets.
Philadelphia police have arrested the 24-year-old on which the murder charges weigh down after police say he tried to intervene when he saw a couple of students getting caught.
