VV and LDK meet in Prizren, review co-operation opportunities

Prizren's presidential candidate from the Vetevendosje Movement, Mytaher Haskuka, at 1600, will hold a meeting with Democratic League of Kosovo officials in Prizren to see what are the possibilities of co-operation between these two parties to back Haskuka in the November 19th runoff against Shaqir Totaj of the Democratic Party of Kosovo.
The head of the Democratic League of Kosovo branch in Prizren and the deputy, Haxhi Avdyli, has told Klan Kosovo that the meeting has been requested by Vetevendosje and that he, along with Hatim Backak and other LDK officials, will be received at their offices, Haskuka to hear Vetevendosje's offer.
Avdyli has said their position is to keep this mandate in opposition, but are open to see what Vetevendosje has to offer and what are the possibilities for co-operation.
He has said this is the first official meeting between the VV and LDK in Prizren, and that previous meetings, as reported in the media, have not been.
