Four suspects in Pristina's Saban assassination scheduled for detention

The Foundation Court in Pristina has approved the Constitutional Prosecutor's request in Pristina for the appointment of the detention action against defendants B. R, J.R., due to suspicion that they committed a major murder offense.
In this case, in co-ordination from Article 179. 1.8 related to KPRC's Article 31, capital murder in the attempt in co-ordination from Article 179, par. 1.8 related to Article 28 and 31 of KPRK and criminal work holding ownership, control, unauthorized possession of weapons by Article 374 pars. 1 KPRK, against the defendants M.R. and F.R. because of alleged criminal activity based on attempted involvement in attempted murder by Article 179 pars. 1.8 related to KPRK's Article 28 and 31 and criminal work holding control in possession or unauthorized use of weapons by Article 374 pars. One of KPRK.
While against defendants P. R, due to suspicion that he committed criminal offence or destruction of property by Article 333 pars. One of KPRK.
Defendants B. R, J. The R.M.R. and F.R. have been assigned detention measures in length of 1.C. and that starting from 2610.2017 to 26.11.2017, and to defendant P. R, the court orders the presentation measure at the police station, in length of 1 (a) month and that starting from 2610,2017 to 26.11,2017.
The court has found that the request for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants is adequate and necessary at this phase of the criminal procedure, for ensuring the presence of defendants in criminal procedure and the unhindered development of the procedure.
The sides have a right to complaint against this ruling at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
