Supreme Court makes this decision on the indictment against Agim Bahtiri

The Supreme Court has considered the request for protection of legitimacy that went to her by the Special Prosecutor in connection with the Appeals Court's decision to act on Agim Bahtiri, Haxhimet Ferat of Gazmend Kelmendi.
