Shpend Ahmeti in Hyvali: More Vows, With More Assemblyists

Tonight, the Hyval festival was held with residents of the neighbourhood, where, in addition to candidates for the Municipal Assembly, Shpend Ahmeti Mayor and the head of the Vetevendosje Centre in Pristina Ylli Hoxha spoke.

In his case speech, Shpend Ahmeti said that for the easiest realisation of our 100 commitments, we need the majority in the Municipal Assembly.

With only 10 assemblies we had the mandate of 51 over, we made almost all the vows. In the second term, we have a lot more pledges, so we need more assemblyists in order to develop Pristina and prevent the impasse. Hevalia is making a special contribution in this regard. Vetevendosje vote in Hyvali has tripled, and is growing steadily, thanks to each of you's commitment”, Ahmeti stressed.

The head of the Movement Centre in Pristina, Ylli Hoxha, said our government in Pristina has at least 3 differences from everyone else's governance.

We're the only subject we've ever stood against citizens with our vows, and we've taken responsibility, with what we've made 11 of the 12 vows. The other difference is in the way public money management is managed, maximumly saving as executives and instructing expenses directly on the needs of citizens. And the third difference is how citizens under our rule are treated, treating them as equal regardless of their political views”, Hoxha said, among other things.
