Senior Yugoslav Army (Serbia) generals and officers who have commanded the 1998 and 1999 Kosovo war will be part of Serbia's Military Academy.
The Serbian newspaper “Vecernje Novosti” writes that among them is Vladimir Lazarevq sentenced at The Hague Tribunal for War Crimes against Kosovo Albanians.
Lazarevic will return to the Serbian Military Academy as a teacher, while at The Hague he was convicted of command responsibility in Kosovo, the news broadcasts.net.
This for “Novosti” has confirmed Serbian Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin, who has said the former commanders will take their “roon” in military schooling.
We have arranged for people more experienced by wars to have space at the Military Academy and to teach the cadets, but also for the present generations of officers. This in a way is improving the injustice they've been dealing with in the past”, has told Voulin and added that war generals have much to give their younger colleagues.
The Serbian newspaper finds that among these teachers there will be retired general and Serbian Radical Party member Bozidar Deliq, as well as current Serbia Army Commander Lubisa Dickovic, who has also been rumoured of war crimes against Albanians in 1998-1999.

Lazarevic in 2009 by Ha's Tribunal has been convicted of command responsibility for war crimes against the civilian population committed during the war in Kosovo, broadcasts news.net.
Dikovic in wartime in Kosovo has been at the helm of the 37th Brigade, the notorious Serbian Army brigade, which was responsible for all crimes committed in our country. In some cases, the Fund for Humanitarian Law has stressed that there is evidence that this brigade has committed war crimes where civilians, whose troops were found buried in Rudnica, Serbia in 2014.
The FHP has stressed that Dickovic is responsible for crimes in the villages of Rhezalla and Old Chikatova, as well as for hiding troops in the mass grave in Rashka.
