After a video of disturbing content thrown into the net, where some young people in Kuchova slaughtered a dog with axes, another case of animal violence goes public.
A citizen of Berat convicts a 40th man who tied a rock to his neck and then released it into the Osum River. The “was really a frightening” scene,- he says.
Of all of this, he says that he has managed to capture a brief passage, as seen in the video.
