Officials arrested 62-year-old Henry Michele Piette on Thursday after he was charged with first-degree rape and other works last month for disturbing crimes, newsOK reported.



Rape was initially said to have occurred in the residence of Rosalyn McGinnis victim in Wagoner, Oklahoma where she lived at the time with her mother and stepparent, reports “Mail”, contemplating Periscope.
McGinnis, who is now 33 years of age, told Péople Crimee that Piette kidnapped her from school when she was 12.
He kidnapped McGinnis under her will and took her to Mexico with her, where she would be held in captivity for 19 years of her life.


The victim who finally left in June 2016 has already come as free to share her story after she successfully escaped with her eight children.
The ninth child had been unable to escape with her, but now he is reunited with his family.
The agent added that the family began to travel to numerous countries throughout the United States and abroad including ... Texas, Montana, Idaho, New Mexico, Arizona and Mexico.

While being held captive in Mexico, McGinnis discovered that she was constantly raped, beaten, and tortured while living in a remote village.
“McGinnis said she was sexually assaulted several times a day almost every day, when she was with Piette”, she was quoted as saying according to the court's statements.
FBI officials confirmed that Piette has been staying in Mexico and Central America for a very long time and has deep ties with criminal organisations in Mexico, according to NewsOK.
Jack Thorp, the Wagoner County Attorney, said in a statement Friday that the excellent work of FBI officials has helped capture and extradite fugitive Henry Piette./Periscopi/
