(9 years ago)A Montenegrin citizen at the ETC Trade Center in Pec stole a wood saw from the car. But then he was stopped by Kosovo police as soon as he tried to cross the border, Klan Kosova reports. The same has been assigned a month-long detention measure until the Pec Prosecution is now in question.
