The Appeals Court rejected on the basis the invitation of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to official visit the opposition leader in Hungary.
At one of the court hearings at the Constitutional Court in September, Gruevski had sought the return of his passport, rationalising it in his discipline to the obligation to appear in court.
On July 3rd of this year, Gruevski was confiscated from Macedonian passports, but also diplomatic passports in compensation for the PSP's request for his detention as a suspect in the <x0-Titanic” case for election abuses.
Except in “titan” Gruevski is special suspect even in “cases TNT” and “Dhuna and slaps on the Qendure Centre”, writes Alsat-m.
