Kosovo police have arrested Drenas Fitim Bazaj on Tuesday, as suspected of attacking the PDK candidate for Drenica Chairman Ramiz Ladrovci. Base is Naim Bazati's brother, head of the Communist Assembly of this municipality.
The arrest of the brother-in-chief of the Drenas Municipal Assembly, Fitim Bazaj, has confirmed the Police Information Office in Pristina.
According to the PKU, the base is currently on hold, at the order of the prosecutor, until a court ruling on assigning any security measures to him.
Also, the arrest of Fitm Baset confirmed earlier for Naim Bazaj, member of The PDK was openly opposed to Ludrovci's candidacy for a second term at the helm of Drenas.
He also made it known that he himself was interviewed by the police.
Ramiz Ladrovci, on Monday evening he was attacked by stones while at a campaign rally in Drenas.
Naim Bazaj in the extraordinary elections in this municipality, held in December last year, had emerged as Laddrovci's independent counter-Candidate for the Drinas, but later he had stepped out of the race, returning back to support PDK and Ladrovci for this municipality.
But, arrested for the attack on Ladrovci, Naim Bazati's brother, Fitim is seen as supportive of NISMAs in this municipality. This could at least be noted by its Facebook publications, where it distributes photographs of the Fatmir Limaj party branch meetings in Drenas.
However, the same has previously distributed photos in support of AAKA and its candidates for municipal advisers in Drenas.
