MPs get unexpected, no more phones and sneakers at sessions

The code, which regulates life inside and outside the parliament hall of MPs, refers to the convention's regulation in terms of punitive measures envisioned in cases of violations.

Stored on October 4th 2017, the “draftation for the adoption of the Code of Conduct of the Republic of Albania's Parliament has come at the request of left MPs, both in majority and opposition.

And if that happens, point 3 of the same article guarantees the right for any violations listed at Article 1 to implement disciplinary measures according to procedures defined in the First Part, Head of the IX Assembly Order, which calls for minimal attention and in the worst case exemption from turnout to 10 days.

And if this code is adopted as it is written, it seems that apart from insulting words, discrimination or stereotypes that make up the majority of speeches in the plenary hearings speaker, another change will come for Albanian parliamentary life.

Article 11 of the Code of Conduct for MPs determines that..

Although it is not clear what happens in the case of wrongdoing, it seems that already the only MP who can continue to see Prime Minister Rama with tuta or athletes will be the European ones.
