In the position of USKUK Director-General, I've been trying to devote myself to the maximum, within all intellectual and professional possibilities against budgetary opportunities and minimal support, to change the health situation a little bit. From the first day of work, up to now, mission and main purpose I have had the improvement of this situation in the best of the patient, which I believe within a mandate, I have at least managed to make some substantial positive changes. I am convinced that our work and achievements will have a positive long - term effect on health.

However, health is a complex branch. It directly affects human life and health. It is also understandable that in the public opinion eye, these positive changes are insufficient and disappointing. This is because the present state of health has its roots since the post-war and it's hard to undo a system, which was at its foundation, is built badly. In the position of the general director, I have worked hard to change this system to the extent that we had financial-budgets and professional capacity, but I've never expected miracles in this direction. This is because health, above all, requires extraordinary investment, which has been absent.

I am proud of the USKKUK's successes when it is taken over incompatibility, how little has been invested being not even a priority relative. Priority is neither word nor deed. The quality budget-free health has no budget. New reform, new service with the old historical budget, even reduced budgets compared to the previous years, there is and there cannot be. A health that is largely supported by donations, when it cannot be quality. Over 18.5m euros have been accepted only medicines for the past three years, not to mention other investments by donors to whom I thank extremely much. But health and health aren't kept like this.
Challenges, problems, difficulties are too great for this public sector of particular importance. Health every second is worth it. He proves this as a patient and a doctor.

Being aware of the higher meanings and conditions in health and the fact that in terms of my maximum dedication and management capacities, the situation will remain unchanged even if this status quo continues, I feel a moral, ethical and professional obligation to give up on this position, feeling myself powerless and unsurpassed for the next major changes.

I thank all the employees of the SHSKUK, doctor, nurses, other workers for the hard work they do, for fighting every day for their lives and health. How little they have and how much they do. I thank them without end for supporting my support. I've had the fate of honor being part of them. I have special thanks for the first board of directors we've faced many challenges together. We've worked hard with them.

And a thank you goes to the unscathed work of USKUK's tight administrative staff.

Over the course of three years, I've devoted 100% of my time, energy and my life to public service, and I'm very proud that for a moment, I haven't been involved and I'm not involved in any corrupt relatives or suspicious schemes.

I congratulate the new management on the work and tasks that the citizens of the country have accepted, hoping to bring before them a vision of health as citizens deserve.
