The complaint of BIRN and Internea Kosova in the Election panel for Ances and Paraseta has been accepted as based on the political subject alternative.
The panel has imposed the 3500-euro fine on this subject for a spot in Mimoza Kusari-Lila, the candidate of the Gjakova chairwoman, where minor persons are seen.

In response to the complaint, the political subject Alternative, has stressed that the candidate for the Gjakova Municipal Assembly, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, has visited representatives of the Vlasnim basketball club, with the case resulting in members of different age groups who are part of the club in question.

PZAP, after examining all the subject papers, found that the complaint is based.
“From the CD offered as evidence, it has undoubtedly been found that Mimoza Kusari-Lila, the candidate for the head of the Gjakova municipality, by the Alternative, has been campaigning in the public facility and also used children on its spot, on the social facebook network, which is in conflict with the provision of Article 35.1 of LZP, and also in opposition to Article 5.2 of the resolution No.13/13 of KQ1x> The PZAP decision is said to be reasoned.
Article 35.1 of the General Election Law prohibits the use of public spaces and property in the campaign, while Article 5.2 of the Election Rule Number 13/2013 defines categories of people who do not have the right to appear in election campaigns, among whom even persons who have not reached 18 years.
