Belgrade media today announce that near Kursumlia, Serbia, an Albanian from Kosovo has been arrested
The detainee, who is not given the name, is accused of setting two fires in the village of Kosanika Racan at the exit of the border with Kosovo near Merdar.
Kosovo Police spokesman Bucky Kelani has said they have no information on this arrest.

As residents of this village have said of “rpski telegraf”, the first fire occurred in an uninhabited house on Merdar-Kursumli Street and then in the aid facility in which a large quantity of hay was burned.
The “Zjarret, as we have learned from police, has caused the Albanian from Kosovo, who on Saturday evening has illegally crossed the border at Merdar”, has told this Serbian municipal adviser to Kursumlic Goran Bojovic.
According to this media, police have captured and arrested the fire author, the Albanian, who reportedly has admitted to setting fires.
Even though police have not provided details about this arrest, it is reportedly the detainee will be questioned today in the presence of thebreaker, as he does not know the Serbian language.
