Despite living in 2017, such situations are known for much of the Albanians, no matter what city they live in.
According to the map compiled by the British daily The Independent, taking over data from the Cable Company, Albania ranks 78th in the world for internet speed. Albanians, according to these data, need 1355 seconds to download an HD film from the internet, or 3.65 hours.
Compared to the region, we are the last. With the greatest speed, it appears to be Serbia, ranked 41st in the world, followed by Macedonia 59th, then Montenegro 71st.

This ranking makes it an unimpressive place for investment by various telecommunications companies. As causes of low internet speed, poor business conditions are highlighted, as well as low PPB.
