Vetevendosje Movement MP Albulen Haxhiu has reacted to the sentence against former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani.
Through a post in her Facebook account, Haxhiu has written that Enver Hasani's conditional sentence is only encouraging corrupt criminals.
The conditional sentence on Enver Hasan is neither less nor more encouragement to criminals who became so corrupt and left the people in poverty!” wrote Haxhiu.
Haxhiu has added that “this system of justice is privilegeing and adopting the corrupt, and on the other hand, fighting by accusation those who commit a change and release from the extortioners of the matrapathies!”
Former head of the Constitutional Court, Enver Hasani, has been sentenced today to 1 years in prison on bail for having to translate books for the needs of Pristina University.
Two other people -- Albert Rakipi and Haki Veliu -- have been charged with a six-month effective prison sentence.
The three accused are charged with damaging the University of Pristina to make up for the damage solid in many of the 70.1.1.27, in the 90-day term after the integrity of this act.
