This group of veterans has called this protest in recognition of not offering their salaries on the part of the Government of Kosovo.
“Inform: that with dt.09.10.2017. At 11 o'clock in Pristina in Square” Skenderbeu” before the government will be held a peaceful protest by all true KLA veterans, where government rights will be required:

Unlike the Kosovo government, they have declared that veterans will receive their salaries on Monday or Tuesday, but that did not happen.
There are over 400,000 KLA veterans who have received a fair pension worth 170 euros in August, only 50 euros from them as a result of a lack of budget for full wages. With former Prime Minister Isa Mustafa's decision, the remaining budget of over 1 billion euros for this category has been provided for them.
With pensiones of war categories being seen as a result of their large numbers on the respective categories list.
The large number of veterans has jeopardised Kosovo's budget, even last year, where this category for several months has received its pension late. Otherwise, the State Prosecutor has been investigating the list of over 400,000 KLA veterans since last year.
