That is because Ramush Haradinaj Haradinaj himself estimates there is much work inside the country to accomplish.
He has said in KTV's Rubik that Kosovo's representative in the dialogue -- even the country's president, Hashim Thaci -- should be mandated by the Assembly.
The president continues this process, so it is a continuation of the preliminary dialogue, representing Kosovo. But for the phase that we're entering, we need to go with a formula that is stable and it comes out of Parliament, which is then mandated by the president or whoever it is, that in this case I'm going to have a hard time taking a lot of role because I see I have a lot of housework, but whoever represents Kosovo, like our case is the president, why not, should be mandated by Parliament”, he said.
Haradinaj has said it is not about a dialogue without the presence of the US state.
“We can't continue in the dialogue if it's America at table”, he's done.
