Today, on the 09.10.2017, about 10:35 Kosovo police in Mitrovica have responded to information provided by citizens.
Police have identified the scene and have managed to contact the victim and two suspected persons, where a gas gun has been found during the search.
A CZ-75D gas pistol, 6mm call number, was confiscated by police as evidence. 13C07761.
Suspects B.A., 48 and H.A., 17, have been escorted to the 17-year-old South Mitrovica police station, where suspect B.A., 48, has acknowledged that it is his weapon and that his son H.A., 17, had taken the victim from M.Q., 37, where after the interviewing procedures, by the State Prosecutor, the same were released in regular procedure.
The case is being investigated for criminal work ] kept in possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons and “Use of Weapons or Dangerous Tool - Gun launch”.
