Turkey's President, Recep Tayip Erdogan, said in Belgrade there are many possibilities for investments in Serbia.
He at the joint conference with his Serbian counterpart, Aleksandar Vuciq, said that for investments in Serbia, the business world and firms with their names are interested.
Erdogan has expressed disappointment with the current development of trade between the two states, which amounts to 800m dollars.
“The figure is not enough. We want to increase it later”, he said.
Erdogan said his country for 15 years has built 19,000km of roads, and from 25 airports it has raised the number to 50.
We want to share all these things with Serbia”, he said.
Erdogan recalled that during his visit to Serbia, a total of 16 agreements will be signed and that in the future they should focus on implementation.
He cited the importance of the road from Belgrade to Sarajevo, demanding that as soon as its construction begins, as, as expressed, a country without roads cannot talk about civilisation.
