“I don't know what you expect of us, but we certainly won't commit political suicide. He wants us to kill ourselves by angering our friends and allies, those who will use veto on the UN Security Council, because the United States of America certainly won't do that,” said Dachic said, adding that Yee was “urging Serbia to break things up with Russia and China and remain with anyone to defend its country at the UN Security Council, while the United States will still remain on the side of Albanians. ”
The minister also said the only way for Kosovo to get a chair in the UN will be when there are no “no seats in the UN Security Council to vote for Kosovo”.
Asked “what Yee asked, when it comes to Kosovo,” Dacic said Serbia “is not working on what others are looking for. ”
“Nine years ago, they also demanded that we recognise Kosovo,” noted, referring to the unilateral declaration of independence made in 2008 by ethnic Albanians in Kosovo.

The head of Serbian diplomacy also said that, despite all differences, Kosovo and Catalonia are linked to their unilateral acts of secession.
