The president of the Autonomous Government in eastern Spain, Carlos Puigdemont, has said he will not withdraw from unilateral declaration of independence, AA writes.

Citing the law for referendum abolished by the Constitutional Court, Puigdemont said they would implement the article for “independence to be declared 48 hours after the referendum results, if the winner comes out of pro” votes. “Whether you like it or not, the ones that are happening in Catalonia are true.
